Studio style photography is perfect for those that like the more artistic looking images with nice clean white or black backgrounds. Brilliant to create some high key images – images with impact! My home studio in Banstead, Surrey is set up to create these type of images for you.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to have your photos taken in your own home environment or favourite local park, city or beach, than Natural Light Lifestyle Photography is the perfect solution for you.

Although I may pose you during our Life Style photography session, the images that I am looking to create are those whereby you look most natural, using only natural light and your natural surroundings as your backdrop. So if you have a little one I will encourage you to play with your baby, for older children or playful parents we would kick a ball in the park or have a go on a swing.

I like creating images which have quite a bit of contrast, particularly in maternity images. Those shoots therefore work best in the studio. I also find that studio portrait photography works best for younger children up to about one year old. Once your little baby can sit up without any support or has just started walking an outdoor Lifestyle session can create very rewarding and more natural images that you will treasure for ever.

Lifestyle images can tell a great story and therefore look great displayed together on a storyboard or album. Studio style portraits are ideal to enlarge and to create that one eye-catching framed portrait or family picture in your home.
